Beautiful product, but delivery and tracking are problematic

No complaint about the product. Loved it. However, delivery and tracking need a lot of improvement.
Order has been placed on 14-July-24 for my son's birthday (which was on 26-Jul). After seeing no progress for 10 days until 24-Jul, tried to contact the team over phone (contact number given on the site remained switched of throughout the day for several days). Then I wrote an email on 24-Jul and subsequently someone responded and arranged for delivery. And the shipment arrived after the birthday was over.
